About Us
Albert is a former Assistant Chief Counsel (ACC) with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), where he represented the U.S. government in removal and deportation proceedings. He has litigated hundreds of asylum cases including withholding of removal, protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT), and cancellation of removal.
Albert has also served as an Immigration Officer with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), giving him firsthand insight into the government’s decision-making process. He earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago.
