Albert previously worked as an Assistant Chief Counsel (ACC) for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), where he handled removal and deportation cases on behalf of the federal government in immigration court.
He also served as an Immigration Officer with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), giving him practical insight into how immigration petitions and applications are evaluated.
With experience on both sides of the system, Albert now represents individuals, families, and businesses facing immigration challenges. He earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago.
